Body Esteem is a total mind and body approach to wellness that provides you the tools you need for a happier, healthier lifestyle.

The Body Esteem Approach

Unlike the services of a traditional trainer, Body Esteem is an in-home service of fitness, psychological motivation, support, positive body image development and overall well-being. Individualized fitness and/or diet programs are designed for people who are uncomfortable exercising in traditional health clubs, who want the convenience of in-home exercise, or who are unable to leave their homes due to health reasons. Clients can chose to exercise in their homes or in our fully equipped exercise studio. Both options offer you maximum privacy and our full attention.

Body Esteem Staff

Body Esteem uniquely combines the knowledge and the expertise of a personal trainer with the emotional support necessary to accomplish your health goals. Cathy Nobil-Dutton founded and operates Body Esteem. She is a licensed clinical social worker and has been helping individuals, couples and families make healthier choices since 1983. Ms. Nobil-Dutton is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle and Weight Management Counselor and is a member of the International Association of Fitness Professionals. All Body Esteem staff are professionally certified and specially trained to provide high quality personalized service.
