I'm a 50 year-old woman, the mother of
grown children and a Professional Social Worker. I've always
exercised on own… jogged for over 20 years, done exercise video
tapes, used the treadmill, etc. … I started with BODY ESTEEM 10
months ago because I felt myself getting out of shape and was DEFINITELY
