Body Esteem staff takes the time to get to know you, your exercise and food patterns, your lifestyle, and your goals.

Following a comprehensive evaluation Body Esteem staff will do the following:

  • Design a customized fitness program to meet your fitness goals;
  • Combine cardiovascular conditioning with flexibility and strength training to improve your overall health;
  • Consult with your physician regarding your medical needs;
  • Provide nutritional guidance and cooking tips designed to decrease fat in your diet;
  • Do a “cupboard search,” (upon request) teaching you how to determine which of your foods contribute to a healthy diet;
  • Provide motivational support and a frame work for improving your physical health and emotional well-being;
  • Help you learn to accept your body, whatever your type or size.

Body Esteem also provides a special Four-Session Evaluation and Fitness Program. This is specifically designed for men and women who are exercising independently or at the gym. This includes the following:

  • Cardio-vascular testing
  • Body Mass Index analysis
  • Flexibility determination
  • Body fat percentage measurement
  • Strength evaluation
  • Fitness Program Recommendations

Participants in the Four Session Evaluation and Fitness Program:

  • Receive 2 sessions, then exercise on their own while checking in with the trainer
  • Return to check their progress, make adjustments and use the additional sessions!
