The Over Forty Diet is a complete program of diet, exercise and
stress management designed to tackle the tough issue of women’s
stubborn midlife weight gain.
As women move into their late 30’s and early 40’s,
their hormonal balance begins to change. Estrogen production begins
to decrease. This change is often accompanied by midlife weight
gain, particularly in the abdominal area. In order to address this
issue of weight gain, a 3-tiered approach of diet, exercise and
stress management must be employed.
The Over Forty Diet is a diet and exercise program designed by
2 personal trainers and a nutritionist. In researching the issues
that impact on women at midlife, we have developed a plan that covers
all of the issues that contribute to women’s weight gain.
The Over Forty Diet program consists of 4 sessions. Two of the
sessions provide specific diet information that will get you started
on your weight loss plan. The third session focuses on diet and
the fourth on stress and the connection between cortisol and weight
loss. After the completion of 4 sessions, you are free to work the
program on your own, or continue with us for longer term weight
loss and exercise support.

What I have really liked about the Over Forty
Diet is how easy it has been to follow. There are lots of
different food choices and I never feel hungry. I really like
the fact that I get to eat frequently. It means that I don't
spend my life focused on food. I can work with the diet easily
when I go out to eat. The other thing I have really appreciated
about this program is the one on one counseling I have received.
I know that I have someone to call when I have a question
